Buying leads or owning your machine: the real math

A resold lead costs between 30 and 150 euros depending on the trade, and you have to keep buying: the meter never stops, and nothing accumulates. A solid Google listing, fifty genuine reviews and ten ranking pages cost a subscription for a few months, then work for you for years. The first spend is rent. The second is an asset.

That's no reason to stop everything overnight: the machine takes two to three months to build momentum. The right strategy is the transition: keep the platforms while direct requests ramp up, then cut them when the morning report shows they no longer earn their cost.

Why nobody does it alone

Everything above is known to most tradespeople. What's missing isn't the information, it's the hours: asking for reviews every evening, publishing before-and-afters every week, keeping the listing current every month. After ten hours on site, it doesn't get done, and that's normal. That's exactly the work the team does at night, with the proof in the morning.
